Go to My Pages in the left menu and you'll find a button to create a new page. Click on it and select the page type (online form). Name the page (you can later change it) and click the Send button.

We have all the elements you need. The elements are divided into three types: elements of the upper part consisting of a picture and right text, elements that are independent, and elements that are part of a complex paragraph of text. For example: we have a text line and a text box. A text box is an independent element that is half-width wide. The text box is not part of a complex paragraph. The text box is an independent element.

We also have a line of text that appears as part of a complex paragraph. The complex paragraph can consist of bold text, a line of text, a number, a date, and even a multiple choice. Some components can appear as independent components and as part of a complex paragraph. Below is a list of elements, how they can appear, and if they are independent, what will be their default width.

On the left side there are 2 columns of buttons with a button for each field. When the button is pressed, the field will be created. We check to see if there is a selected element (in green) and if there is such an element, we add the new field after it. If no field is selected, we add the field to the last place on the form.

demonstration

To select element, place the mouse on the element and click it with the left button. To deselect, place the mouse on the element and press the right button and select 'Unselect all'

Yes. You can select the element and drag it from place to place. Because it is sometimes difficult to drag an element from one part of the page to remote part of the page, we recommend that you cut the element and paste it in the remote place.

demonstration

Select the element with the mouse and click the right button and select 'Copy'.

Select the element after which the copied element will be pasted. Then click the right mouse button and select Paste.

Select the element with your mouse and click on the right button and select 'Cut'.

From experience we found that many online forms in Israel are formulated as a paragraph that the respondent fills and are easier to understand. So we created these components that allow you to create complex paragraphs with fields that the respondent fills. For example, a line of text in which there is a question and the respondent fills the required field. The field can also have a date or any number. We let you add these elements to a complex paragraph of text. When you add a date or number, for example, we ask you whether the field will appear as an independent element or a complex paragraph. We create the element according to the answer.

No! This paragraph is an independent paragraph in which something can be explained to the person submitting the form. It has no other elements and has nothing to do with a paragraph that is composed with certain fields. To create a paragraph that consists of fields, you can start with a text line or multiple choice or date and create them as a text row.

After placing a line of text, click it and change the text to suit your needs. The selected line of text will look green. Click the button with the new element you want to add. We'll ask you whether to proceed with the complex paragraph. If you choose to continue the paragraph, the text of the new element appears as a continuation of the paragraph.

The upper part consists of a picture and right text. The image will appear at the top of the page on the left. The image can be your logo or any other image you want. We recommend that your organization name appear in the image. The width of the image should be at least 250 pixels.

The right text will appear to the right of the image. The right text can be text, date, or number. If it is a date, it will be the form filling date and the submitter will not be able to change it.

You can add more than one right text. It depends on the height of the image. It is common to put a date, ID number of form submitter and even any other text.

When you place an element on the page, it is always page width. To take advantage of the width of a page, place a container and divide it into 2, 3 or 4, and in each section lay the element you need.

Just select the box and drag it to a new row. Then delete the blank template.

Select the element by clicking on it with the mouse and when the element turns green, down on its right side will be a red X. Click on it and the element will be deleted.

After placing a line of text, click it and change the text to suit your needs. The selected line of text will look green. Click the button with the new element you want to add. We'll ask you whether to proceed with the complex paragraph. If you choose to continue the paragraph, the text of the new element appears as a continuation of the paragraph.

If the field is marked as 'show to everyone', then the field will always be shown to the person completing the form. If it is marked as 'admins only', it will be shown to the admins only.

We do this to help you take notes about each form submitter. These comments will only be shown to you and your team.

Many field types can be preset, so you choose the answer in advance and it appears at the beginning. The user can still change the answer, but if not, the answer will appear exactly as you chose.

If you want to add sample text to your field, which disappears when people start typing (and never appear in the results), use example text.

You can use the Unique Field setting on a particular field to prevent people from entering an answer that someone else has already sent in the same value.

If someone enters an answer that already appears in another record, they will see an error message that says "This field must be unique and this value has already been sent." They will not be able to submit your form successfully until they enter a unique value for that field.

We recommend that you use this feature when you have a field on your form whose answers should be unique to each person who fills out the form - things such as name, address, social security number. And so forth.
